Machine Wash: Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water
(30°C/86°F). Avoid hot water, as it may shrink the fabric or weaken the
elasticity.

Detergent: Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent that’s free of
bleach or harsh chemicals to protect the natural fibres and colours.

Avoid Fabric Softener: Fabric softeners can break down
elastane over time, reducing stretch. Instead, try adding a cup of white
vinegar to the rinse cycle for a natural softening effect.

Turn Inside Out: Before washing, turn the garment inside out
to prevent fading and to minimize wear on the outer fabric.

Drying: Lay flat to dry or hang the garment away from direct
sunlight, as excessive heat can damage viscose and cause shrinking. Avoid
tumble drying, as it may affect the garment's shape and elasticity.

Ironing: If ironing is needed, use a low-heat setting with
steam. Place a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent any direct
heat damage.

Storage: Store folded to avoid stretching. Keep it in a
cool, dry place, and avoid hanging for extended periods, as elastane may lose
its elasticity.
