Delivery and Returns
Delivery:
Our team strives to dispatch orders on the same working day for orders placed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification. Orders will be shipped via courier, with an expected delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days from dispatch.
In cases where an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier to the specified address, Robinsons reserves the right to impose an additional charge for re-delivery. If the customer opts to cancel the order at this point, Robinsons will refund the customer the value of the goods, deducting any additional costs related to the return due to failed delivery attempts.

Thank you for choosing Robinsons. We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, if you wish to make a return, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. The return cost is £4.99, and you can initiate this process by heading to OUR RETURNS PORTAL to generate your return label. This label can facilitate either doorstep collection or can be scanned at your local Royal Mail (no printer required for both options). Please be advised that your order must be returned by the specified date indicated on your returns label. Failure to do so may result in additional charges should we need to generate a new return label.
Please note that the responsibility for the goods lies with the customer until they are signed for in our warehouse. It is important to ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage and obtain proof of postage. Please return the item(s) with the completed returns form provided. The £4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return payment. Additionally, in the event that returned orders become lost items, it is the customer's responsibility. Orders that are lost during return shipping will not be eligible for refunds. In such cases, the customer must directly contact the shipping provider and complete a lost goods claims form.
Condition of Returned Goods:
- Must be unused.
- Must be in original packaging.
- Tags must be attached.

REFUNDS:
Returned goods, unless faulty, must be unused and in 'as new' resaleable condition, with original packaging and all manufacturers' labels/tags attached. Once we receive the item(s), the return will be processed within 3 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be credited using the original payment method.
Robinsons of Bawtry can not accept returns on underwear, socks or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you need precise measurements for any item.
Card: Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account from the processing date.
PayPal: PayPal will send a confirmation email indicating the refund has been processed using the original payment method, typically within 5 working days of the return being processed.
Gift Card: An E-Gift Card will be emailed to the registered email address within 2-3 working days of the return being processed.
Klarna Returns: If returning, pause your invoice through the Klarna app or contact Klarna Customer Service and retain the proof of return receipt.
Klarna will process refunds within 14 days after return registration or order cancellation. Refund processing times vary based on the payment method chosen during the purchase:
Direct payment: The amount will be refunded to the account used at the time of purchase.
Invoice: If paid through the Klarna app or klarna.com, the amount will be refunded once the invoice is refunded. This generally takes 2-5 business days for Klarna to process.

FREE In-Store Returns:
To return your item(s) to our store, complete the provided returns form and hand it to a staff member. Please be aware that in-store returns cannot be processed at the till point. Instead, they will be forwarded to our returns department, where the return will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds or exchanges are not conducted in-store at the point of return. In-store returns are FREE and a return charge will not be deducted for this service.

Faulty Item?
If your item arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing fault, please reach out to our customer services department within 14 days. You can contact us at 01302 711477 or email customerservices@robinsonsofbawtry.com for detailed information on the procedure.
Security & Liability:
While we are dedicated to ensuring accurate delivery of your order, Robinsons cannot be held liable for any delivery instructions issued to the courier by the customer. If you provide instructions for delivery to a different address or request the order to be left in a safe place, we cannot assume responsibility if you do not receive your order. Your order is insured during transit, but once delivered or signed for, it is no longer covered by this insurance, and both the parcel and its contents become the recipient's responsibility.
Robinsons holds no liability for any incorrect order or delivery resulting from errors in the information provided during your purchase, such as an incorrect delivery address or incorrectly submitted order.
To expedite order processing, ensure that your billing address matches the one registered to your payment card, and the cardholder's name matches the one on the card. Double-check all contact details, as we may need to reach out regarding your order.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges online. If you require a different size, please reorder the item through our website and then contact us to generate a return label. As per our Returns Terms and Conditions, a charge of £4.99 will be applied to all returned parcels. However, we do offer free exchanges in-store.
