Delivery

Robinsons of Bawtry aims to dispatch all orders placed before 2:30pm (Monday to Saturday) on the same working day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Delivery: £4.99 (Free on orders over £125)
Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days

Next Day Delivery: £9.99
Available for orders placed before 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Important Notes:

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam in case you do not receive it in your inbox. If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, redelivery charges may apply. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned, any incurred shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Please note that Robinsons of Bawtry cannot accept any liability for parcels where the customer has chosen to have the item left in a designated 'safe place'. Once the parcel has been delivered according to the customer's instructions, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. In the event that the package is lost, stolen, or goes missing after delivery to the specified location, Robinsons of Bawtry will not issue any refunds or send out replacement items. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery option that ensures safe receipt of your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return, then a further 14 days from that date to send the item(s) back.

To return your item(s), please follow the instructions on the Returns Form, which can be found in the package delivered to you. If you cannot locate your form, please click here to download.

Return Cost:

A £4.99 fee applies to all returns (including exchanges) and will be deducted from your refund to cover postage charges. Any in-store returns or exchanges are free of charge.

Return Conditions:

We cannot accept returns for underwear, socks, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

All item(s) must be returned in their original condition, complete with original labels and packaging. Returned item(s) that are worn and show signs of make-up, deodorant, aftershave, hair, marks, or any other odours, will not be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The customer is responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and ensuring item(s) are securely packaged.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 3 working days and notify you via email.

Refund Methods:

Card Payments: Refunds typically appear within 5–7 working days.

PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days.

Gift Cards: An e-gift card will be emailed within 2–3 working days.

Klarna: Pause your invoice via the Klarna app or contact Klarna Customer Service.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after return registration or order cancellation.

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Services team.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items purchased online. Where the replacement item is of a different value, any price difference will be either charged or refunded accordingly.

If an exchange is requested, this will be processed once the unwanted item is returned back to us and the returns postage of £4.99 is paid.

To exchange your item(s), please follow the instructions on the Returns Form, which can be found in the package delivered to you. If you cannot locate your form, please click here to download.

Exchanges Cost:

A £4.99 fee applies to cover postage costs - this will be invoiced at the point of processing the exchange and communicated to you via email. 

Any in-store exchanges are free of charge.
