Machine Washing - Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum
temperature of 30°C (86°F). Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as they can damage the elasticity. Turn the garment inside out to reduce friction and protect the fabric.

Hand Washing - If machine washing isn't recommended, hand
wash in lukewarm water. Gently agitate and avoid wringing or scrubbing the fabric.

Drying  - Do not tumble dry; the heat can damage both polyamide and elastane fibres. Lay flat to dry or hang in a shaded area to avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colours and weaken elasticity.

Ironing  - If needed, iron on a low temperature setting (maximum 110°C) or use a cool iron. Always place a cloth between the garment and the iron or use a steam setting.

Storage - Store garments in a cool, dry place, avoiding tight spaces that can warp the material. Avoid hanging polyamide and elastane clothing for long periods to prevent stretching.

Additional Tips - Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals as they
can degrade the fibres. If dry cleaning is needed, ensure the cleaner is aware of the fabric composition to avoid damage.
