Robinsons of Bawtry has been an independent luxury fashion retailer since 1986, offering premium designer menswear and womenswear both online and in-store for over 40 years.
We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service, ensuring every customer looks and feels their very best throughout the shopping experience and at any event afterward.
Do you offer UK delivery?
Yes!
We offer fast UK delivery on all online orders. You can choose from:
- Standard Delivery: £4.99
- Free UK Delivery on orders over £125
- Next Working Day Delivery: £9.99
- Pick up in-store: FREE
Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Next Working Day Delivery is available for £9.99 on orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

Online Purchases: Gift Cards purchased online are sent as e-gift cards to the email address provided at checkout. If you are buying it as a present, you can select "I want to send this as a gift" before checkout. This option allows you to send the gift card to any email address, include a personalised message, and schedule delivery for a specific day.
In-Store Purchases: In-store, you will be presented with an e-gift card unless specified that it is a gift, in which case we can provide you with a physical gift card.

ORDERS & RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return, and then a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.
All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and labels.

Is there a charge for returns?
Yes!
A £4.99 returns fee applies to online returns and exchanges to cover postage costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
In-store returns and exchanges are free of charge.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes!
Robinsons is happy to offer exchanges for online purchases, subject to stock availability.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received, refunds are typically processed within 3 working days.
- Card refunds: usually appear within 5–7 working days
- PayPal refunds: usually within 5 working days
- Gift card refunds: issued via e-gift card within 2–3 working days
Can I return items in-store?
Yes!
Online orders can be returned free of charge at our Bawtry store.
Please bring your completed returns form with you.
Can I return underwear or swimwear?
No.
For hygiene reasons, Robinsons cannot accept returns on underwear, socks or swimwear.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of receiving your order.
